Quality Policy
Atenix's main business targets are:
Product quality, represented by technical and functional aspects;
Efficiency in dealing with the customer; our philosophy leads us to pursue customer satisfaction by improving our service;
Two-way relationship with suppliers, considered as essential resources for the corporate policy achievements;
Profitability to ensure investments and continued growth of the company over the time;
Quality of work and enthusiasm in the workplace;
Keeping safety standard on the workplace.
These parameters are set and constantly measured by the Main Director by periodic reviews of the business trend and effectiveness of the Quality System.
The Main Director prepares all the resources necessary for their implementation. The Quality Director performs all actions relating to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality corporate system by giving the task of defining documents such as the Quality Manual and related procedures, aimed to establish responsibilities of corporate functions in activities that affect to the product quality and, more generally, the efficienty in terms of customer satisfaction.
The various corporate functions must consider the quality as a core value indispensable to the company success. All Atenix's employees must be informed about business quality objectives and continuous improvement and should participate actively in achieving them. The quality policy is reviewed every year to guarantee the suitability over the time.
